Cookie came into our lives in late 2015 at 10 years of age. She quickly proved she was a young at heart 10 year old, playing catch me if you can, swimming the St Lawrence River after the ducks, had to be rescued by boat, taking 3 and 4 mile hikes with us and generally enjoying life to the fullest. Including mooching Cheese-it’s from the card players, and loving to go anytime a vehicle left the yard. She quickly learned to come back to us when called, never forgot her foster Mom, Pat, and was the sweetest girl we could ever wish for. She was never a morning girl, preferring to stay abed until 10am or so. She finally left us in early summer 2020 when her age caught up with her. We will never forget her sweet, gentle ways and her golden disposition spoiled us all. You are missed! Born 06-15-2005 – Adopted 10-15-2015 – Passed Away 06-05-2020
