Remi - #07-149
Female - 4 months
Remi is a smart little puppy-girl, fast on her way to becoming man’s best
friend! She has an adorable curiosity and sense of adventure that leads her to
some unusual places around the house. (She’s had great fun behind the bed,
getting stuck in the bathtub, and knocking the baby gate on top of herself . .
.)
She is already showing her retriever heritage, even though Dad was something
other than a Golden. She likes to chase the tennis ball and has figured out how
to carry it by the fuzzy part. She loves to play in the yard with Foster Mom’s
other dogs and has created an hysterical game of bark and chase (it’s her tiny
bark that’s so funny, although Mom is sure Remi sounds like a Great Dane in her
own ears!). She also knows just how to get the bigger dogs in an uproar of fun
before retreating to a safe place under the furniture or behind Mom’s feet.
Like most puppies, she’s learning all about how to live in a household with
humans and she already understands that chewing is for toys and not for
furniture, that “going outside” has more than one meaning, and she does just
fine during the night – sleeping in her crate with a littermate.
Remi is smart and loving and ready to find her place in this big world. Now,
she needs a family dedicated to training, house breaking, and helping her grow
healthy and strong. There’s no doubt she’ll be a delightful and loyal addition
to an active household with the patience and time to teach her – and get ALL
her love her in return!
