Reesa - #07-150
Female - 4 months
Reesa is a typical Labrador-mix puppy! She plays really hard and then just as
quickly drops for a nap. She adores Foster Mom’s puppy, Angel, and they
play/fight most of the day.
She is almost 4 months old, and she’s partly housebroken; comfy all night
in her crate without needing to go out for “business,” and that’s great! Most
of the time during the day, she uses the doggie door. Occasionally she waits
too long to go out – and – oops! A few mistakes notwithstanding, she does
understand what she is expected to do and how/when/where she is expected to do
it. She also recognizes her name already and comes when called.
Sadly, Reesa acts as though food will be outlawed any day now, and woofs her
food down as though she’s starving. With time, she’ll recognize she’s on a
feeding schedule, she’ll know that in her new world food always comes, and
she’ll lose the awful fear of being hungry.
Mom says this youngster is as sweet as they come, especially when cuddling with
her or with Angel – and will fit well in a household without small children to
get knocked down during play. Reesa also needs a home with someone around the
house to help her learn during the day. She needs attention, love, and training
to become the loyal playmate and companion she was meant to be!
